Product Introduction

The equipment rotates the hose using bottom rollers while performing through-the-core wrapping with 1-2 types of packaging materials.

Equipped with a tension controller and a pressing device, it facilitates the packaging of lightweight and small PE hose coils.

The machine's loading and operating height is 850mm, making manual loading and unloading convenient.

The top pressing device is used to secure the pipes during packaging, preventing the hose coil from moving and ensuring the packaging material is pressed correctly.

Packaging materials are fixed on the ring, enabling high-speed wrapping.

The packaging tension is adjustable, resulting in neatly wrapped pipes that are not easily deformed.
