FPC-300 Copper coil wrapper

It is controlled by a PLC software program and has an optional HMI touch screen display. The function buttons on the panel are color-coded for easy identification, and the machine includes red and green indicator lights on the electric cabinet that provide different indications. The machine is also equipped with an indicator alarm system that automatically displays any errors that may occur on the panel and alerts the operator with a flashing red light. The machine is designed with a particular tension control system that allows for precise adjustment of the protective wrapping, and the ring height can be adjusted automatically or manually to accommodate different sizes of coils. The use of anti-wear polyurethane on the friction wheels and wear-resistant rubber on the protective rollers helps to protect the copper coils during the wrapping process, and the machine is capable of using two different types of wrapping materials.
